The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is on Secured Reserve. Past editions are on the third floor.

The CFR is available online through FDSys. Law students can also access the CFR through Lexis or Westlaw.

Administrative Law

Administrative agencies are created by statute and charged with regulating an area of conduct.

Administrative law consists of rules and regulations that govern activities (think: statutes), orders and decisions from administrative courts which resolve disputes that arise under rules and regulations (think: case opinions), and Presidential Proclamations and Executive Orders.
