This guide is intended as a starting point for UT Law students studying and researching antitrust law. While not comprehensive, it provides links to important primary and secondary authorities. Use the side tabs to navigate the guide. On this front page you will find links to the most comprehensive and important resources. Links to cases, statutes, and regulations are in the Primary Authorities tab. You can find treatises, law review articles, and study aids in the Secondary Authorities tab. In the Current Awareness and Websites tab you can find links to agency websites and other important antitrust websites, blogs, social media accounts, newsletters, and more. Under Additional Writing and Research Resources, you will find materials for general research and writing of academic legal work as well as information on researching outside of the legal arena in economics, business, and statistics.
