It is tricky -- or impossible -- to get comprehensive, timely, jury verdict information from free resources. However, with a little luck and digging, you may find relevant information to help you assess a case.
Library and Academic Resources: Your local law library may subscribe to additional jury verdict resources that you can use. For example, our library subscribes to the Tennessee Jury Verdict Reporter in print. Also, you have access while in law school to verdict resources on Lexis Advance during the summer (described in the pay resources column). Our law school library also provides access to some specialized jury verdict information to both students and patrons who can come to the library, such as the BNA database "Employment Discrimination Verdicts and Settlements Navigator." Please ask a law librarian if you are looking for a particular resource or type of information.
