One of the more up to date versions of the code. Searchable or browseable. Easy to use.

Code of Federal Regulations - GPO Official
Each edition of the CFR from 1996 to the currently published version. The "current" version is the same "current" version in print, so not very current.

eCFR
Also published by the GPO, the eCFR is updated within a couple of days, but is not considered an official version of the code.

Searchable and browsable pending regulations. Regulations in the news are featured on the front page, and submitting comments to the agencies is easy.
